The Grounded Prophet provides coaching, digital guides, and free educational resources for young adults. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
We collect your name and email address when you request a free guide, join the newsletter, submit the contact form, book an assessment or coaching session, or purchase a digital product. We may also collect information you choose to share in assessment or contact messages.
Email communication
If you give us your email address, we use it to deliver the resource you requested, send follow-up messages related to your coaching or purchase, and send occasional letters and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We retain the order record, the email used at checkout, and the products purchased so we can deliver your files and provide support.
Scheduling and third parties
Coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly, and emails are delivered through our email provider. These services receive only the information needed to book your session or deliver your message.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us through the contact page. We do not sell your personal information.
